This Professional Training Program is designed to assist executives, management, and operational staff in the financial sector with their digital transformation journey. Globally, it presents current directives from the EU (e.g., SEPA, MiCA, Directive EU 2015/2366, etc.), USA (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Suspicious Activity Reports, Bank secrecy act, etc.), as well as regional regulations from UAE’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority and Monetary Authority of Singapore.
